Killers in Asia forced to confront dead victims and their families.
The host at one point going reporter and visiting a school where a cat was cut into bits. Nothing explicit is shown. However, shortly after, a dog is seen being killed and eaten in a village where they are considered food. This scene is preceded by our host educating the viewer to not judge others based on their own personal cultural norms.
Amateur miners in a Philippines town where gold was found and their hazardous work-conditions as they crudely extract the gold. Not sure what the point was of this segment.
The autopsy of a drug-overdose victim including the skull being sawed open and the brains examined by hand.
Another autopsy of a man found dead in a burnt house that helped authorities realize it was murder.
Burial-ground traditions of cleaning the skulls and bones of ancestors which also appears in Junk Films.

Kaoru Adachi, the director of this series under the name Susumu Saegusa, was co-director of Faces of Death 4.
This was part of some kind of release called, Atrocidades 1, where it was clubbed with New Death File 2.
