Wait 30secs. Movie still not playing? Click the "Can't Watch?" tab.
Click this first
A new tab will open and a basic security check like a captcha will be performed. After completing the check, close that page and return here.
Refresh this page. Wait 30 secs. The movie should load and you can just hit play.
If it still doesn't play, Click here to watch the movie
The movie should now start playing in a new tab of your browser or begin downloading to your device. This option has the minor disadvantage that English-language movies with optional subtitles in the movie player will not include these subs with this method.
The new system here has been designed keeping in mind even people with low internet speeds sub-8mbps. Even if you have a really bad connection, you should still be able to watch the movie without any issues if you:
Start the movie. Pause it. Wait for 30-45 seconds. Start playing again.
This 'Can't Watch' method really only works if it's your specific device/browser that's interfering with the player. There is no real advantage of speed here. Or if there is a temp network glitch or read lag from the server disk.
If you're still having problems, try using 'Incognito mode' in your browser. On iPhones, especially older ones, use Chrome instead of Safari. Might help.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the newly opened tab is not an ad popup asking you to download some software or whatever. Close any such popups and don't download any software - those are ads. Nothing is needed to be done by you other than to complete the security check which is often automated.

A retired Argentinian judicial officer Esposito looks back on a case from a couple decades back that he felt personally connected to – the murder of a young woman. Esposito has unresolved issues from the case and decides to revisit it by writing a book on it.
Secret in Their Eyes dwells on loss – specifically love. So you have the husband of the murder victim, and Esposito’s lost opportunity with a colleague. From an effedup pov, the latter tends to get in the way of the actual murder case, but some great scenes during the investigation make up for these sidesteps.

Very good film. With about a half an hour to go in the film they started to get a little too gushy with the Harlequin Romance novel bullshit but other than that I really like it. The very end was a little sappy too. I especially liked Irene’s interrogation of Gomez when it finally struck her that he was a creep. 4 stars. I love revenge films.
Really do enjoy Argentinian cinema, they might be the best country in South America if we are talking about films…Greetings from Argentina.
bravo !
That was pretty fuckin good
After seeing this great film I guess many are not that effed up…:)
Wow! Just wow! Great cinematic piece!
Wonderful, thanks!
This movie is recommended for almost all audiences. Great performances, script and direction. There are really very good Argentine films.
10/10
I echo the thoughts below – not really an effed up movie, but it is wonderful nonetheless. I’m not particularly familiar with Argentinian cinema, but this was great and I’m sad I hadn’t heard of this before. Great story, well developed and good acting. 5 out of 5.
Not sure why this film is here but i am so glad it is. An incredible film
not effed up
effing marvellous
You know what’s strange? I’ve watched every effed movie on this site and I don’t think they’re effed up at all.
Terrific movie! A very unpredictable ending. Gracias EUM. buen trabajo!
Not quite sure why this movie is classified effed-up but glad it is included here. I would see it as a crime/police/psychological thriller, the only possible EU aspect occurring minutes from the end. Another example of great cinema from Argentina.
This movie is a minor masterpiece, great choice EUM!
GOOD MOVIE FROM MY COUNTRY….
