Wait 30secs. Movie still not playing? Click the "Can't Watch?" tab.
Click this first
A new tab will open and a basic security check like a captcha will be performed. After completing the check, close that page and return here.
Refresh this page. Wait 30 secs. The movie should load and you can just hit play.
If it still doesn't play, Click here to watch the movie
The movie should now start playing in a new tab of your browser or begin downloading to your device. This option has the minor disadvantage that English-language movies with optional subtitles in the movie player will not include these subs with this method.
The new system here has been designed keeping in mind even people with low internet speeds sub-8mbps. Even if you have a really bad connection, you should still be able to watch the movie without any issues if you:
Start the movie. Pause it. Wait for 30-45 seconds. Start playing again.
This 'Can't Watch' method really only works if it's your specific device/browser that's interfering with the player. There is no real advantage of speed here. Or if there is a temp network glitch or read lag from the server disk.
If you're still having problems, try using 'Incognito mode' in your browser. On iPhones, especially older ones, use Chrome instead of Safari. Might help.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the newly opened tab is not an ad popup asking you to download some software or whatever. Close any such popups and don't download any software - those are ads. Nothing is needed to be done by you other than to complete the security check which is often automated.

Plot – Spoilers:
Based on a true story, 13 year-old Christiane lives with her mother and younger sister in a Berlin apartment that depresses her. Though her parents are separated, she shares a fairly decent relationship with her mother and in an act of loyalty, opts to stay with her, rather than with Dad, when her sister moves in with him. But this leaves her lonely, until one night, when a friend takes her to a newly-opened trending club. Here she meets Detlev who is kind to her when she’s handling a trip like an embarrassing noob. Christiane is also shocked out of her sensibilities by the sight of a passed-out junkie walking around normally some time later – a sight that reshapes her sheltered views on junkies being here-today-dead-tomorrow.
Soon, Christiane and Detlev begin hanging out, but briefly break up when Detlev starts doing heroin. By now though, Christiane is in love with him and in an attempt to connect with him on the same plane, tries heroin. It also helps that the junkie community around her, Detlev included, are a fairly passive lot and from there, Christiane’s spiral takes her to Zoo Station, a railway station where teen junkies prostitute themselves to anyone who’ll have them.
Favorite Scenes:
Christiane, Detlev and friends whiling the night away to Bowie’s Heroes. As dawn breaks, Christiane looks on innocently at the adult world, as it prepares for a new day of work and routines, and it seems so cut off from the happy place she’s in right now.
