Plot – Spoilers:
A gang of brazen pricks rape and pillage through post-Franco Spain. They raid and steal from hotels and even the odd cop and are heavily into kissing their rape victims. Somehow, no one useful is around when they abduct women off the streets, and on one occasion, even a schoolgirl right outside her school. One of the members is a relatively rich kid whose main issue with his dad is that he didn’t take him to a brothel to learn to fuck. There’s also an incestuous brother-sister duo in the gang. She’s pregnant and enjoys handing out the occasional molestation, but oddly, has a certain charm about her that helps the gang raid random simps.
Possibly because this film was made during Spain’s political transition, there are the comments on victim trauma, religion and the Guardia, who’re shown wearing idiotic-looking tricornio hats so they can look even more stupid and useless.
One of the more notorious exploitation flicks from the ’70s that seems to have lost its notoriety over time.
The whole problem with crime is that sentences are too soft and no deterrent. Punishments are farcical and those that commit the crimes know this. The worst crimes such as murder and rape should all carry the death penalty. Those that destroy a life by these crimes should automatically forfeit their own life with no exceptions of any kind. The holy grail of rape films. If you’re watching this as porn, it has some of the best rape scenes ever in mainstream cinema. Linda Lay was a real beauty, and this movie shows her fully nude, completely dominated. These scenes are clearly filmed in a way that’s meant to titillate, so as erotica it’s very sexy.
As a movie it’s not as good. The only reason the movie is still talked about is because it’s got exciting rape scenes, but the film is supposedly about how rape is bad and destroys lives. The point of the film seems to be about how ineffective government allows juvenile males to run rampant through the streets, destroying the lives of the nations daughters, and that conservative beliefs further enhance the trauma of these girls by not letting them get abortions. But this message is completely contradicted by filming in a way that glorifies the rape scenes. Logically, the events the film portrays are of course, horrifying and shouldn’t ever be acted on since they do destroy lives.
… but it’s still pretty hot.
The movie itself was boring.

to preface this: i’m a (male) survivor of sexual abuse. i’m also autistic and generally interested in historical sociology. i’m not aroused by this type of media whatsoever.
i’m someone very interested in ‘70s erotica and the sexual politics of the era, so from what i know, this movie is a time capsule of a broader fixation on rape as a fetish in ‘70s pornography. these movies and the way rape is portrayed in them isn’t a thing anymore outside of maybe japan. more over, even for the time, there were very few movies that filled this niche, it was a fetish primarily explored through adult pulp novels (see the greenleaf publishing company for more examples). i would imagine the obsession with depicting rape was a response to the women’s liberation movement. but even with that, the rapes and rapists aren’t necessarily as violent as they are in real life — it was a fantasy for some men but it never fully bordered on the sadism of real rape. rape has always been an act of asserting power on another person, it’s not an act of pleasure or desire. i doubt the men interested in this type of media were sincerely rapists at heart. i’m still unsure what the full psychology there is because this type of rape was a HUGE theme in ‘70s erotica.

It’s a sleazy low budget exploitation film with shitty acting and a sucky production. I stuck around till the end to see if there would be some revenge or see the irritating little asshole perps at least get the fucking shit beaten out of them but it was not to be. One of them got a slight paper cut on his stomach and dropped dead in less than 3 seconds. It’s kind of boring and aggravating to watch. 2 stars.
I liked the concept of the movie, the characters, and everything it represents, truly. Watching this film made me realize that I wish someone would create a similar story but without the part about the rapes. Maybe one where we know the main characters are evil and ruthless, yet we can empathize with their extravagant relationships and personalities. This isn’t a direct criticism of the movie itself, but honestly, because of all the rape and related elements, it’s impossible not to see them as idiots. Still, removing that sexual aspect, I feel the film could even become a cult classic.
I liked this movie .the women were very beautiful and the rapes looked too unreal to be believed. I liked the cars and the women s knickers from the 70.s . Old stuff…

The protagonists are the only thing that holds the movie up through the very unsubtle/boring way of handling the subjects (main and secondary ones) and the not very good or interesting making… not for their acting even, I just thought they’re a somewhat aesthetically interesting cast that could have done for a more interesting movie; as a female villain I thought the character of the sister stood out. Anyhow, end of the day quite hard to sit through and really just a thing for the genre’s fans + some moral commentary I guess

Production is iffy and storyline about half a page long. The rapes are mainly one long scuffle and as for the so called lesbian scene I am not sure it counts. I have seen better lesbo action on Prisoner: Cell Block H. People who hate catholics and like nihilism will probably enjoy it the most.
This movie has a fella like the Old Mfer. By the end of the movie he accepts his homosexuality and puts on a dress and some eyeliner.
