Opening with the closeup of a woman’s mouth, the oral fixation drools pink aesthetics through the whole film. Pink has possibly never been as erotic as in this effed up movie about a BDSM relationship with a POV experience.
Whether it’s the peaceful bliss on the woman’s face while being slapped, the satisfaction of puking on a pretty pink flower, the taste of an old meat cleaver, or simply the freshness of her own warm blood as they ooze from small cuts to her arm – for the woman, happiness and beauty seem to be heightened when they are in contrast.
