Plot – Spoilers:

I’ve seen all 4 of them – 1, 2, 2 Full Sequence and 3. I thought they were all pretty good but not good enough to watch again. 3 stars for each.
It still feels unnerving, and the color version gives it a nice and fresh twist. One thing I really gotta say: The lead role did a great job! Imagine portraying a person with just mimics and grunts, conveying without words that you not also still have the mind of a child, but simultaneously feel the urges of a grown man. I really enjoyed the way he approached this role, very convincing!
i watched this with some friends and some beers. the last 40 minutes are just insane and ridicoulus. its somehow a fun watch…the scene with the baby in the car was just the icing on the cake and everybody broke out laughing so hard….its definitely a movie you should watch with company and booze
Okay, I can frankly say this is hundred times more graphic, gruesome and depressing than Human Centipede 1. The first one feels like a suspense thriller with (somewhat clean and morbidly aesthetical) medical stuff. This one? All goals hit in terms of exploitation, gore and grossness. What surprised me the most, was that the first scene that really put a frown on my face was the one with the doctor when they zoomed in on his behind. Gave me the biggest ick and it does make you sympathize with the MC in the first half and potentially even pity him. Also, fuck the mum, oh my god what an awful person! I think it would have worked without the really over the top scenes like the baby and SA as well, which feels a bit forced (pun not intended) towards the end. Still, I understand why it’s talked about and it definitely leaves you with an odd mix of emotions, especially for me in the way it speaks on subjects like abuse towards the disabled/young by supposed caregivers/professionals, which is terrible thing that continues to happen in the real world. The whack-a-mole scene on the other hand gave me a good chuckle due to the innate comedy to the way it was shot. But yeah, if you want to dive into something to put you through the ringer and really get sick to your stomach (be it a physical nausea or a psychosomatic), this should be a worthy candidate.
