Plot – Spoilers:
Nathan’s a neglected kid whose mother only cares when he brings home her drugs, so he’s grown up looking at everything as a barter. His needs are mostly childish, like toy cars, with the odd one like a tattoo to feel older than he is, because there’s a side to him none of his peers normally experience – Nathan sells his body to older men to pay for the toys, food and his mother’s habits. When his mother finally overdoses, he runs away from child support and encounters an older man who’s in the middle of a deal that involves a dropoff. Nathan forces himself into this trip and initially offers himself to the man because he doesn’t know any better. The man isn’t into boys and soon a guardian relationship begins to develop.
This is not an explicit movie and the effedupness is mostly suggested and in verbal descriptions. In fact, a lot of it has a Hallmark feel to it. It’s the real-good feel-good Lifetime movie of the year with a slight homosexual twist, complete with soft, lilting music and the most corny script you can imagine. If I was to redo my “Old Mother Hubbard’s 25 Picks for WORST Films on EUM” this film would definitely be on it. Between the constant shitty entries of films on here and Meow with her 200 alts, this website is nosediving. EUM sucks now. 1 star for this absolute garbage film. Why anyone would even consider putting this shit movie on here is beyond me.
