Audio sounds demonic? Video not playing/delay while scrolling? Use the "Can't Watch?" tab.
Click this first
A new tab will open and a basic security check like a captcha will be performed. After completing the check, close that page and return here.
Refresh this page. Wait 30 secs. The movie should load and you can just hit play.
If it still doesn't play, Click here to watch the movie
The movie should now start playing in a new tab of your browser or begin downloading to your device. This option has the minor disadvantage that English-language movies with optional subtitles in the movie player will not include these subs with this method.
The new system here has been designed keeping in mind even people with low internet speeds sub-8mbps. Even if you have a really bad connection, you should still be able to watch the movie without any issues if you:
Start the movie. Pause it. Wait for 30-45 seconds. Start playing again.
This 'Can't Watch' method really only works if it's your specific device/browser that's interfering with the player. There is no real advantage of speed here. Or if there is a temp network glitch or read lag from the server disk.
On iPhones, especially older ones, use Chrome instead of Safari. Might help.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the newly opened tab is not an ad popup asking you to download some software or whatever. Close any such popups and don't download any software - those are ads. Nothing is needed to be done by you other than to complete the security check which is often automated.

Plot – Spoilers:
A group of people are herded together in a desert and handed binoculars to watch what unfolds. In the distance, a brandless tire dusts itself and starts rolling. Watching it take its first wobbly steps makes it seem like a kid-friendly show, until the tire comes across an empty plastic bottle, sniffs it out, crushes it and then goes on to crush a scorpion. By now, its bloodthirst has been whetted.
The tire then shows off more powers as it seizes engines or simply explode heads. In between the random kills, it breaks into a motel, watches TV, takes a shower, gets kinda horny watching a young woman and then stalks her. Meanwhile, the audience watching all of this haven’t been fed and are beginning to get uncomfortable or plain bored.
Rubber is mostly a great watch, though some might be put off by the early smug humour/monologue. And if you ironically do what you’re instructed not to do, and try and ascribe meaning to the audience shown watching it all, it’s probably even more relevant today than it was in 2010 – we spend our days watching meaningless, orchestrated bullshit, forgetting to feed ourselves the things that matter and when we finally do, we’re so starved, it’s anyway some toxic shit that’s been handed to us once we’ve outlived our usefulness.

This movie has made an impact on me, and really made me think. While the writing was confusing at times, and I found myself lost, I did enjoy it. Although, I don’t feel it belongs here. Most people will probably dismiss it because it’s “the movie about a killer tire,” which is understandable. That’s how I described it before watching it too. I don’t think that’s fair anymore. There’s something strangely beautiful about watching Robert simply… exist. He doesn’t speak. He doesn’t justify himself. He just continues forward. I think there’s something admirable about that. Maybe I’m reading too much into it. Or maybe everyone else isn’t reading enough. I genuinely dont think anyone on this disgusting planet has ever understood cinema the way I understand this beautiful work of art. People laugh, they point and yell “it’s a movie about a tire.” They have no idea just how wrong they are. Thats not “just a tire” thats my fucking savior. My beautiful, majestic, violent king. I would sit in the desert and watch that tire roll around for another 14 fucking hours if Quentin Dupieux asked me to. If I was asked to be one of those spectators (so fucking lucky, they are), I would do it faster than I could let out another breath. I would eat that whole damn turkey before another spectator could begin to even think about doing so. I would kill the other spectators myself, so that I, and I alone could watch Robert… Read more »
My favorite Z grade actor! If you like Wings Hauser, be sure to check out Vice Squad, Tough Guys Don’t Dance, and Champagne and Bullets for some great trashy fun:)
objectum’s wet dream
Brilliant; there’s this bonker idea and then it just.. rolls with it. ..
I wish something more had been done with the “audience”, element that I didn’t mind at all especially since the surreal and ironic take spares it from any kind of pretentiousness.. And also in general it lacks I guess some little extra ideas aside of the main good ones, it’s sort of a shame, because of the missed opportunity and also in terms of “re-watchability”, … still a pretty good one. #if u ever feel like an old discarded rubber tire ready for the burner but apt to rebellion, might be up your alley..
A film about a murderous rubber car tire and it’s on Effed Up Movies right where it should be. Is it kooky? Fuck yeah it’s kooky. Is it comedic? Yuckity yuck yuck for sure. Is it fucked up? You know it is. It gets mixed reviews but I thought it was a very good unusual film. 4 stars.
Some funny bits. Tyre in arm chair watching tv. Tyre in the shower, then gets pissed off when someone throws it out. Tyre in the swimming pool. Boring bits. The crowd with binoculars. The weird guy running the show. Incomprehensible – what is the screen writer trying to say? In the end, I guess – nothing.
This is stupid art shit which i enjoy more than garbage mass production tv series or new highly budget blockbuster type of movie shit.
The starting of movie is stupid, telling us the movie can be irational so that its should not be affect our reality what however like How the sheriff try to mocking the hyperreal status of image produce from media form as something that not reality and later he force to admit or to play his side this indicate the position of hyperreal itself is reality.
damn great film admin.. thanks you, what a wonderful day !!
This was a fun movie. What I don’t understand is the bit with the dummy.
i dont need a rubber with a big hairy prostitute pussy on my face smelly fish scent as i lick inside her cunt creaming into my mouth the sweet salty woman cum tastes like the sea then bend over and spread ass and put it in her ass then her vagina then ass then blow a load in each hole and suck it out with my mouth along with a big brown shit squeezing it in and out between my teeth then bite her precious titties drinking the blood im a vampire sex maniac!
what a totally idiotic movie…worst movie on EUM, the tire and company at the end attacked Hollywood? What was the meaning of that rubbish, except that no meaning at all , just shitty scenes? who was the tire an alien of what?
Best movie ever.
Fat Fred is very familiar with this movie. He gets beaten with a rubber hose every day by his mom when he doesn’t do what he’s told and then takes out his frustration by being a jerkoff asshole to everyone here. True.
You have given me a dilema. I was planning to inflict this film on my mum next month when I visit her. Now I am tempted to watch it before that and would have to think of something else on the edge of decency. It is a fun watch though.
The type of movie we all will be questioning in 20 years, if we ever watched or if it was just a fever dream
Meows dad should of used a rubber
Quite original, maybe nonsense was too much. It would have been better if watched while on truffles for sure.
