The basic premise of The Ninth Configuration might have later inspired the story of Scorsese’s Shutter Island.
This film received lavish praise from critics. I’m NGL – the first hour was hard for me to get through. It seemed like the film was made so Blatty’s rich intellectual friends could spew some of their high brow gobbledegook inside jokes for a paycheck but the film is almost worth sticking around until the end. The second half is different than the first half with a more serious tone. There are many actors in this film that I respect but to me it still seems like 2 hours of bullshit. 3 stars.
Gostei do filme apesar de ser inglês sem legenda em português mas a história e fácil de entender o começo parece até uma comédia daquelas pastelão dos anos 80 tipo loucademia de polícia mas do meio pro fim o filme muda o tom eu já tinha desistido tava quase dormindo quando tem a cena do bar aí o filme ficou muito bom cena muito bem coreografada mereceu uma nota 8,0 daria até mais mas não gostei muito do fim mas e um bom filme recomendo se não fosse o site eu nunca teria ouvido falar eu gosto de descobrir essas jóias perdidas esses filmes mais desconhecidos dos anos 80 igual as músicas tem muita coisa boa desconhecida parabéns pelo site eu estou recomendando nota 10 pro site💯😉👍🎬
