Wait 30secs. Movie still not playing? Click the "Can't Watch?" tab.
Click this first
A new tab will open and a basic security check like a captcha will be performed. After completing the check, close that page and return here.
Refresh this page. Wait 30 secs. The movie should load and you can just hit play.
If it still doesn't play, Click here to watch the movie
The movie should now start playing in a new tab of your browser or begin downloading to your device. This option has the minor disadvantage that English-language movies with optional subtitles in the movie player will not include these subs with this method.
The new system here has been designed keeping in mind even people with low internet speeds sub-8mbps. Even if you have a really bad connection, you should still be able to watch the movie without any issues if you:
Start the movie. Pause it. Wait for 30-45 seconds. Start playing again.
This 'Can't Watch' method really only works if it's your specific device/browser that's interfering with the player. There is no real advantage of speed here. Or if there is a temp network glitch or read lag from the server disk.
If you're still having problems, try using 'Incognito mode' in your browser. On iPhones, especially older ones, use Chrome instead of Safari. Might help.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the newly opened tab is not an ad popup asking you to download some software or whatever. Close any such popups and don't download any software - those are ads. Nothing is needed to be done by you other than to complete the security check which is often automated.

Plot – Spoilers:
Winner of the Palme d’Or and based on the Columbine High School massacre, Elephant doesn’t dwell on or care about motives. Instead, we literally follow the principal characters around school in the leadup to the climactic moments. And when it does arrive, it’s devoid of excitement, adrenaline or any rush. At most you could say the killers looked like they had about as much fun as two friends playing a game casually at home, would.
Elephant might feeling boring at times, but that’s how a regular day at school would feel if you recorded every instance of it. This is a normal day, with an extraordinary ending.
Genres: Based on a True Story, Mass Killings, Teenagers

why did he kill his boyfriend
Hard while watching
bitches be so homophobic that the boys kissing fucked them up more than the shooting sequence. get a life holy fuck
Pretty boring but pretty boys kissing.
“Elephant” is the 2nd film in Van Sant’s “Death Trilogy,” the 1st being “Gerry” (2002) and the 3rd is “Last Days” (2005), all three of which are based on actual events. Much like “Gerry,” “Elelphant” tries to literally lull you to sleep with Beethoven sonatas and routine mundane daily occurrences before the shocking event. This film is not an actual telling of the true events at Columbine High School. It is more of a fictionalized account, for whatever reason Van Zant would want to do that. IRL Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold were romantically involved and consummated their homosexual love for each other and twinked out prior to the shooting massacre, which is represented in this film. A better film on EUM about a real school shooting that sticks close to the facts is “Polytechnique” (2009). I’m going to give this 3 stars because it works like a sleeping pill if you want to take a nap.
why the fuck did they kiss
aint got NO reason to be adding that kiss shower scene what the flip
this movie couldve been 10 minutes long. nothing important happened except for the shooting wich was played fucking disgustingly anyway. every role in this movie is so irrelevant its crazy. not one emotion has been shown by anybody in this waste of camera memory. I wasted 90 minutes of my precious time on this shitty movie made for brain deads. I’d rather bash my head against the wall for an hour and a half than look at a single “actor” from that absurdly shitty footage that anyone could even dare to call a film.
เลิฟมาก
3/4 of the movie was just them walking… but somehow i still kinda liked it tbh but definitly not my favourite. i recommend Klass (2007) or The Dirties (2013) if u like movies abt school shootings lol
kinda boring but jared was cute
this was so ass
bad acting and the shower scene was so unneccesary. overall just a shitty movie. zero day was so much better.
need the original Elephant on here, the 1989 version
love this movie
felt slow at some points, the cinematography was really pretty and i liked that they killed more people than in zero day c:
Convinced people only like this movie for the shower scene, feeding into 13 year old girls fantasies about shooters being gay.
better than zero day
Oow, this was so no casual to watch, but I like it. Very interesting operator work, one moment showed from three different characters, John, Elias and I forgot her name, sorry. Eli my favourite, I hope he survived (run away, please, bro!), but seems no. And I was a little bit shocked when Jarad shot his brother, I wondered they both suicides. Yeah, Benny is just adorable dude. I’m Kazakh, so not well English, my bad.
i’ll say it, this movie sucked. i agree with the uploader tho, thats how a normal school day WOULD be, zero day does a better job in pretty much everything though, even the ending is badly acted out, so bad it got even funny
Gotta love movied based on this stuff, ive been on a bit of a binge today trying to find all of em
Over hyped! I would have started the mass shooting scene like Terminator 2, someone just walking down a hallway, slow motion shot of the killers turn the corner, then BOOM! 40 minutes of non stop carnage and much gorier
2/5
A film called ‘The Dirties’ (2013) Isn’t a bad watch either. When two best friends team up to film a comedy about getting revenge on high school bullies, the exercise takes a devastating turn.
amazing film! thanks mods!
mom can we have zero day (2002)?
mom: we have zero day at home
zero day at home:
I loved the suspense. This one was hard to watch.
Zero day was better all around imo but this movie did a way better job with the shooting scene — obv harder to do when doing a strictly found footage movie, but Van Sant had the liberty to more of a cinematic touch to it
The Benny character was incredible btw
If you thought either of them were “gay,” you’re unenlightened as Hell.
good movie but have u got the one with the actual footage of the school dnt no wot the movie is called but it the true life version of columbine
Interesting that this was based on a true story, but didn’t bother with accuracy. I guess that’s what you call artistic lisence. Only succeeded in boring me. Couldn’t follow the timeline or the character hopping; mostly couldn’t care. Seems like they missed an opportunity to enlighten.
holy shit, some of these student where complete NPC acting when the bullets started flying.
acting wasnt great but it shows how nonchalant the killers were when committing horrible crimes
Hello! The final was alright! And wow ..this story was real.A decent movie based on true events.
It was alright. As someone mentioned, anticlimactic. Zero Day is so much better.
“Climactic”, not “climatic” (which refers to climate).
Not being from America, please forgive my ignorance.. The actual killers that this is based on.. did they have a homosexual relationship? I quite honestly have no recollection of hearing that other than when people were trying to insult them. (Ave Satanas that we have moved past “gay” being an insult… again, not from America 😉 )
So was this a shitty 2000s jab at the killer’s? I am very curious.
This shit was crazy
I’m hoping to watch this someday. I never actually watch the movies on here. I thought the comment section here was not to talk about the movie in question but was sort of like a lonely hearts club – dating/friendship area. Sort of like Facebook. Someone mentioned that the comment section was made so people who actually watch the movies could make comments that would inspire people to watch or maybe not watch the film, based on their opinion. That concept never occurred to me. Well, it’s half past the monkey’s ass – quarter to his balls, so I have to run. Bye for now.
