Plot – Spoilers:
A famous war journalist and photographer, Paul, returns to his picturesque hometown in New Zealand following his father’s death. Paul hasn’t been home since he left in a huff as a 17-year-old. So he skips the funeral service to avoid summoning buried family truths, but eventually has to socialize with his ostrich-farming brother’s family and an old girlfriend. This ex’s high-school daughter is a budding writer and starts to follow Paul around. Her age is about right to be his daughter and the two end up hanging together.
The townsfolk are mixed in how they view Paul. Those who knew him as a kid are proud of his achievements, the younger folk are attracted to his fame, but there are also some who see him as a pompous little prick. His non-committal expressions and behavior that boast life scars also manifest during sex, when all he can think of is getting the woman to strangle him with his belt.
Then the teenage girl goes missing and Paul is fucked.

A very good production just would have liked the ending to be a little happier.
Die Steve
Just wondering what all this political bullshit has to do with this movie?
My father made me massage his soapy balls in the shower regularly, he used to fondle mine to & make me ejaculate, i started to like it, i like balls.
Really? Remember the meltdown when Trump won and the crying and whining for 4 years? The dems tried everything to get rid of him and nothing worked until Fauci invented Covid and killed several Americans so the dems could have political control back. Even then, they still had to cheat to win. 81 million remember?
Who fuckin cares, whats that got to do with the movie? Prickhead
Demon-rats not paying rent is about right.
biden called a 6 yr old hot why dont u point that out next?
Hey Bringer of Poop, is that your review of the movie?
Trump can still run you numbskull.
😹
I guess you get the last laugh every time you go grocery shopping, buy gas or pay a utility bill. Oh, that’s right. You don’t have a job. Anyone that thinks Biden is a good president needs psychiatric treatment for TDS right away.
And yet again, women are victims of male stupidity and lack of self-control.
