Plot – Spoilers:
A woman is held captive in a dark room and interrogated by a Dr. Mueller for alleged activities against the State. She initially professes innocence which excites her interrogator, as he seems to enjoy prolonged sessions with his inmates.
The violence and torture in Nf713 is mostly implied but there’s something about Dr Mueller’s cold, methodical voice and heavy breathing that makes this a more gripping watch compared to some gore-torture sessions.

Crimes against the state or an old guy getting off on torturing a woman, I dont know but either way I found this film pointless, there was no plot and no explanation for any of it. And not one drop of blood. Slightly disappointing. I believe that this film was banned in the UK but I cant fathom why that would be. I rate it 2/10.
