Plot – Spoilers:
Traces of Death 2 begins with a lengthy warning that’s dripping with ’90s charm on the content that’s about to follow. And for a change, then goes on to justify it.
There’s:
Bombs vs Men
Gravity vs People
Horses vs Cowboys
Knife vs Penis
Man vs Man
And plenty of accidents especially aerial.
There’s also the bonus of a rare FTM surgery, complete with silicon balls.
Not too much of a voiceover, most of the images are instead set against music from European metal bands like Morgoth, Grave, Unleashed and Asphyx, which makes this one of the more entertaining shockumentary experiences.
Really thought the FTM surgery was pretty cool, crazy how trans affirming care has evolved since then (:
Narrator in number 1 better. But bull scenes were funny with heavy metal music. Sorry
Music was more disturbing than the clips dear god
music is garbage, could have been an interesting documentary with proper commentary
Man I love music, especially hard-core rock. But having it blasted for over a hour and a half while trying to watch this documentary makes it near unwatchable. I’m only younger than 30 and this shit is giving me a headache.
“Bet you didn’t know..” uh yeah dude that’s like 1 of the first things to come to mind when your trying to smuggle drugs across the world. Corpses.
Awesome music, surprised some of the EUM community doesn’t like metal… oh well
great but music ruined it
Creepy, obscure, bloody. This is the definition of 90s gore. This part 2 looks more like we can see nowadays in a gore site
Isn’t that footage at 0:28:16 in Cannibal Holocaust?
ive never headbanged for an hour straight until now
Sometimes the fights are boring 🙁
It was pretty good, I’m with the rest that after a point the death metal got really obnoxious, but it was fun to waste an hour just watching people die. Pretty metal.
I don’t find this particular 1 as powerful as I did years again. There really wasn’t as much gore as what I recall & the ultimate irony is that there are some clips in it from the Faces of Death movies, which really stains it’s claim of being 100% real. Still nice bit of nostalgia lol.
Great movie with wonderful soundtrack.
Terrible music, but probably the best footage of the whole series.
Music sucks ass. post-rock drone music would have been better than this screamy badass-wannabe garbage.
I’m sure this was edgy back in it’s day but now it’s just really, really dull.
Soundtrack is on point! Is there any chance you guys will host 3 & 4? It would also be nice to see all the Faces of gore movies on here. Thanks!
my god the music and narration made this so distracting and fucking stupid (and I love death metal) …………..waste of time
i fucking enjoyed all of this, best Faces/Traces of Death film i’ve seen yet.
some of the footages are good, but music is hideous
good footage but the music is terrible.
Seemed more like a blood lust shock-exploitation movie on this one.
Can’t respect this as a documentary when you call accidents “entertaining”.
This movie rips, both the music and the clips. It’s definitely ahead of its time.
Fuuuuucking morgoth dieing in piece
And good music
Thank you admin for the movie!I really appreciate your work and this site
i find these boring – real life is no match for the movies
Thank you for once again, adding one of my requests!! Each and every movie here is Effed-Up in it’s own special way – some more than others, but this series ranks at the top of my Effed-Up list!
You guys are soooo special!! I love you madly, deeply, and forever! That’s what I told my sixth wife… and we all know how that turned out. Just like the Helsinki Incident, only with more chocolate pudding. Much more.
