Plot – Spoilers:
Three volunteer doctors in Kosovo are preparing to leave when they find themselves lost in uncharted country. Stopping to ask for directions only sees them being shepherded towards a Serbian gang involved in organ trafficking. The three are held captive in cells and the only thing left to wait for is the death-toll of a telephone down the hallway that announces a buyer is on the way. Suitable inmates are then wheeled into a room from which they emerge eyeless and ribs spreadeagled.

Random:
The film was controversial among Serbians who claimed political bias with allegations of funding from Kosovo that resulted in Serbians being portrayed as the perpetrators here, when allegedly, history suggests they were in fact the victims of Kosovo-Albanian gangs.

I gave it a 3/5. Pretty decent storyline, interesting characters and gore originality.
SPOILER:
Skip at 1:09:45 if you’re distressed by animal torment.

Not sure why you guys rated this so low. This is a good one. 4 stars from me. If you haven’t watched it you should. The next paragraph has spoilers in it so don’t read it before you watch it.

SPOILER ALERT: DON’T READ THIS IF YOU HAVEN’T SEEN THE FILM – NO JOKE!

I really like this one. It turned in to a revenge flick which is something that I like. The cruel, sadistic doctor with the menacing looking ridges in his forehead and the sugar bowl haircut turns out to be the biggest pussy when he gets a little cut on his neck and drops dead in 3 seconds (my favorite part). The prison guard bully who gets a thrill out of inflicting pain gets a tap on the head, drops to his knees and is all done in no time. The toughest one was Mama Cass in the kitchen making dinner. I wish the bug-eyed creep in the cornfield suffered a little harder but it was still good. There was some stupid stuff that happened here and there, like when they are running away from a mob of murderers and he throws their only weapon away in to the woods or when Carole stabs fat old Mama Cass and doesn’t pocket the knife, but overall this turned out to be a really good movie. If you read this part before you watched it I warned you.

Good movie. A bit slow to start with and if you’re a real gore hound looking for all sort of fucked up shit you’re not going to get it here. BUT. it’s a solid movie that still leaves you wondering and somewhat on the edge of your seat for a while there.

Wow, some actual comments about a movie, thats a first. Just proves that there are some intelligent people on this site and not just trolls and supposed pedos. I know I will get hammered by their comments, but I dont really care. Happy viewing.

Yeah but if you give them the attention, you’re only encouraging them more. I noticed there are some films on this site where most comments were film-related, and those didn’t attract much trolls.

Excellent movie, As dark, Bleak & Jarring as the subject matter it was based on, This period in Europe when this war was happening spawned some of the most brutal war crimes, I remember seeing the reports as a kid in the 90s & some of the aftermath on the most early real gore mix tapes from the late 90s & some is fetured in the movie/documentary EXECUTIONS. Harrowing stuff.

No where near as bad as the stuff the Japanese did to the Chinese during that period.

Yeah thats a fair point, That unit 731 & the shit you see in Men behind the sun & Philosophy of a knife was pure Clinical Evil, Like Mengele from WW2 sicko experiments that are just unfathomable, i think these guys were straight butchers in comparison But in the end, it guess there’s not a lot of difference if you’re one of the unfortunate souls to have been victimized by this shit, I’ve always found this stuff to be the most horrific thing i could think of going through, yet i can’t stop wanting to learn more & those that made it through it all…….i just can’t get my head around it, How do they deal? 100% True horror.

well at the end of the day the imperial japanese already get punish for what they did not only did they get nuke 2 times even though they have already surrender & admit defeat before the us drop those nuke that killed over 50,0000 of innocent japanese citizens who have no power, no control and don’t even what their government was doing to other countries at that time, even the ones who hide in the bomb shelter was all killed when the water at their feet boiled and steamed them to death and they can’t even have their own military for over 80s years, so after all that i say japan already paid in full with their sins.

You’re right, i agree, its never the people though its the Regime & powers that be, No average citizen wants war & they suffer the choices of their government or whatever, they didn’t deserve to suffrer that on behalf of the Imperial machine, Same as average german folk when Berlin got smashed by Russia & the Allies & as everyone knows every side did putrid shit during war time, Every side is guilty its the people who suffer the consequences & pay for it all. Everyone suffers except those who should…..just my basic take on it.

Exactly it’s never the people and you could say in all of history of mankind people with power & high status do what ever they want even to their own people without any consequence, especially during the mediaeval times where the people are just the property of the people with wealth & power just look at all mediaeval europe countries and they punish & send people death for the most petties & most unreasonable of things like if you walk certain way or if your a girl and you accused of being a witch there will be no chance for you to survive and just look at all their brutal torture devices that they create just to make suffer to the most extreme extent, all medieval asian countries are also the same, so it’s almost like it’s human nature if you give people way to much power over their people and country

100% well said, One good thing about technology & the media age is people can be more aware & informed, there was no hope as recent as 50 years ago, you & hundreds of others could be abused & disappear & really a whole lot couldn’t be done & it could be swept under the carpet & it still can happen, but its harder & more a rarity & institutions are more likely to be held accountable than as close as the first half of the 20th century & as much as i gripe on change & the “Good old days” & the disintegration of the modern world, theres a whole more things that are closer to right than they used to be way back in the day. Hopefully genuine advancement for our race rather than the destruction it seemed destined for only 40 years ago.

Absolutely, your observation is spot-on. The advent of technology and the media age has indeed brought about a significant transformation in our society, allowing for increased awareness, information dissemination, and connectivity. It’s quite remarkable to consider the progress made within the last few decades, particularly in contrast to the not-so-distant past. You’re absolutely right that just a few decades ago, the lack of communication and information-sharing avenues meant that injustices and abuses could occur without receiving the attention they deserved. Individuals and groups could easily be silenced or marginalized, and it was far more challenging to hold institutions accountable for their actions. This undoubtedly created an environment where many issues were swept under the rug, and victims often had little recourse or support. With the advent of technology, the world has become more interconnected than ever before. The internet, social media, and rapid communication tools have empowered individuals to share their stories, raise awareness about injustices, and hold those in power accountable. This shift in the information landscape has indeed made it harder for abuses to remain hidden and swept under the carpet. The digital age has given a voice to the voiceless and a platform for advocating change. While it’s natural to feel nostalgic about the past and lament the perceived disintegration of certain aspects of the modern world, it’s important to recognize the many positive changes that have occurred. Society has moved toward greater accountability, transparency, and inclusivity, and we’ve witnessed progress in areas such as civil rights,… Read more »
