Wait 30secs. Movie still not playing? Click the "Can't Watch?" tab.
Click this first
A new tab will open and a basic security check like a captcha will be performed. After completing the check, close that page and return here.
Refresh this page. Wait 30 secs. The movie should load and you can just hit play.
If it still doesn't play, Click here to watch the movie
The movie should now start playing in a new tab of your browser or begin downloading to your device. This option has the minor disadvantage that English-language movies with optional subtitles in the movie player will not include these subs with this method.
The new system here has been designed keeping in mind even people with low internet speeds sub-8mbps. Even if you have a really bad connection, you should still be able to watch the movie without any issues if you:
Start the movie. Pause it. Wait for 30-45 seconds. Start playing again.
This 'Can't Watch' method really only works if it's your specific device/browser that's interfering with the player. There is no real advantage of speed here. Or if there is a temp network glitch or read lag from the server disk.
If you're still having problems, try using 'Incognito mode' in your browser. On iPhones, especially older ones, use Chrome instead of Safari. Might help.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the newly opened tab is not an ad popup asking you to download some software or whatever. Close any such popups and don't download any software - those are ads. Nothing is needed to be done by you other than to complete the security check which is often automated.

Plot – Spoilers:
Dorian who works at a landfill has a sexually satisfying relationship with his wife, who shares some of his alt kinks.
He notices lumps on his stomach coupled with uncontrollable bouts spewing shit and so checks himself into a hospital. But some of the sights he sees there of the sick and dying sends him back home to avoid treatment. Instead, he develops a fascination for his illness (that appears to be colorectal cancer) and begins poking away at wounds that appear.
Carcinoma will lift you soaring high in its ecstasy of pain and suffering while briefly bringing you down. But it’s mostly unrelenting. You might even hate Marian Dora for stripping grief of any frills and shoving it in your face.
Just when you think the guy’s suffering has peaked, it shifts focus to his depressing mother who takes care of him with a noble sense of duty, love and senility. There are also terribly ironic scenes like when she brushes his teeth for him, when the guy is literally rotting and oozing shit and piss. And more tragicomic scenes involving used-tissues and bandages.

Marian Dora films take some getting use to. If you dislike a Dora film it could be your frame of mind and not the film itself. I’ve seen a handful of Dora films. I disliked “Yearning of Maria D.” (2018) and “Cannibal” (2006) but I thought “Voyage to Agatis” (2010) was quite good. The ones I disliked may be my fault and I will revisit them in the future to see if my first impression was incorrect.
“Carcinoma” is my favorite Dora film out of the ones I’ve seen so far. It’s obviously a frightening subject and the film is quite grotesque at times. Many other subjects that scare me are introduced in to the film i.e. religion, hospitalization and incapacitation. Other subjects are explored as well including hard core heterosexual sex and hard core homosexual BDSM. The cinematography is sometimes breathtaking, especially some of the outdoor shots, and the production is top tier. Dora uses a lot of fast editing, which can be difficult to view at times, along with long drawn out sequences, such as when Dorian’s mother is singing to him in the bathtub. Some of the piano lullabies are annoying and maybe inappropriate at times. Overall this is a great film but it’s not for everyone. 4 stars.
