Ok, so I just watched all 3 movies on EUM about Junko Furuta. This one is the most well produced and depicts the despicable torture and the horrible suffering better than the others. The first half hour has a lot of fabricated bullshit but I’d have to say this is the best of the 3. “Juvenile Crime” (1997) is the worst and “Concrete-Encased High School Girl” (1995) is a close 2nd best because it really tries to explain a lot of the case. It’s a disgusting case and the perpetrators all got off easy. One of them is dead (got his head wedged between a toilet and the tank and choked on his own vomit at age 51) and the others are free and are probably watching EUM all the time. I’ll give this one 3 and a half stars.
