Plot – Spoilers:
Hermann makes clumsy mobiles but believes he’s a great artist in-waiting. But until that time, he lives with his mother and doesn’t work.
When the make-or-break moment finally arrives, Hermann moves into a bare room and gives himself 2 weeks to produce great art. At the pinnacle of his desperation, a sexy female voice purrs to him through a hole in the wall and offers him artwork for his mobiles in exchange for attention.
She also gets bigger and bolder with time. You’d think a living glory-hole in his room would be the peak of Hermann’s life. But Hermann is a loser with principles. He’s hesitant to stick his dick into something that isn’t human. But principles tend to cost you.

lonely glory hole
very good – opening scene finally made sense
A Masterpiece! A Great Find Work of Art! A Hole With A Purpose! 😀
Caught this a year or so back, a nice little weird and quirky film and well worth a watch
How strange
What a wonderful, bizarre and terse movie. Not a single superfluous frame. Thank you for the BEST movie site in all “internets” – that I know of.
Glory hole horror… add it to the list?
Loved it 9.4!
I could kill for a room like “she” is.
So my interpretation is the three female love interests represent good, evil, and neutral – but which one is which? I guess Devora is evil, what do y’all think?
I think it profile pic is gorgeous ( :::
Loved it. Great movie about the struggles of an admitted artist. Should get more attention!
SPOILERS: READ AFTER WATCHING
This is easily one of the weirdest but greatest movies I have ever seen, as far as bizarre horror films go. I really like how it satirizes the pretentious “fine arts” world in a way that can be easily digested for people who know nothing about it, myself included. For this alone, it’s pretty great. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t more gore and that we never see the mouth inside the hole as the movie cover suggests, but it more than made up for it with its oddly believable storyline despite the fact that it has a literal living glory hole. Another thing I was also disappointed in was the fact that Devorah became a love interest, which I think is kind of stupid because I’m not a fan of romance in movies, especially when it’s poorly paced and makes little to no sense. But at least the twist in the end was great, and I was oddly sad that Devorah killed the glory hole. The character arcs were spot on, and I both was cheering for Herman and annoyed at his pretentiousness as an artist. Still, this movie wasn’t 100% perfect, but it’s still great even with these minor grievances. I’d give it a solid 8.5/10.
Ace.. a great way to spend 70 mins.
Believable story and a real homage to classic tales from the likes of Lovecraft and Dahl.
Black humour.
Well acted and scripted.
Cheeky love triangle and just medium paced enough. A great little film.
Very Clive Barkerish, I thought, dark and gloomy film that sort of reminded me of ”Hellraiser”. Creepy original concept, well acted and directed. This director has talent. One hole in the plot though, what happened to the nosy neighbor after her altercation with the hole? Apart from that, a solid effort, I loved it.
YEAH, ANOTHER GOOD ONE…. VERY WEIRD, LIKE DAVID LYNCH IN A WAY. YEAH WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT WHAT BECAME OF THE NOSY NEIGHBOR. MAYBE IN A SEQUEL GLORY HOLE #2… WELL DONE. 4 1/2 OTTA 5 STARS
Really strange. Cool. I loved it. One question – whatever happened to the landlord?
Surreal and enjoyable film about a glory hole :-p
Just want to say thanks for this website, lots of good movies, most of which will never be on netflix all in one place
what the fuck
Simple storyline, not too badly perfomed.
meh. it’s an odd one but falls flat at every turn
