Wait 30secs. Movie still not playing? Click the "Can't Watch?" tab.
Click this first
A new tab will open and a basic security check like a captcha will be performed. After completing the check, close that page and return here.
Refresh this page. Wait 30 secs. The movie should load and you can just hit play.
If it still doesn't play, Click here to watch the movie
The movie should now start playing in a new tab of your browser or begin downloading to your device. This option has the minor disadvantage that English-language movies with optional subtitles in the movie player will not include these subs with this method.
The new system here has been designed keeping in mind even people with low internet speeds sub-8mbps. Even if you have a really bad connection, you should still be able to watch the movie without any issues if you:
Start the movie. Pause it. Wait for 30-45 seconds. Start playing again.
This 'Can't Watch' method really only works if it's your specific device/browser that's interfering with the player. There is no real advantage of speed here. Or if there is a temp network glitch or read lag from the server disk.
If you're still having problems, try using 'Incognito mode' in your browser. On iPhones, especially older ones, use Chrome instead of Safari. Might help.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the newly opened tab is not an ad popup asking you to download some software or whatever. Close any such popups and don't download any software - those are ads. Nothing is needed to be done by you other than to complete the security check which is often automated.

Directed by: Douglas Buck
Country: USA; Effed Up American Films
Language: English
Runtime: 01:43:20
Genres: Gore-Gruesome, Family, SelfHarm, Sexual-Violence against Women, Serial Killers, Old-Young
About:
Douglas Buck’s Trilogy of America that he put together several years after making his infamous Cutting Moments.
This one here is taken from the US version and features two other Buck short-films as part of the trilogy. Cutting Moments here is uncut as far as the violence and gore, however, the Brit version has a longer ending.
The two other short films here might not be as shocking as Cutting Moments, but are a must-watch for anyone that digs Douglas Buck’s style of capturing simmering emptiness.

3 short films. “Cutting Moments” (1996) had 4 out of 5 films that were comedic in nature. The 3 films here (the 1st one is the same as the 5th one in “Cutting Moments” only slightly different) are much more serious and gloomy in tone.
1. 00:00:25 “Cutting Moments.” It’s a classic.
2. 00:23:00 “Home” features Gary Betsworth from “Cutting Moments” and it’s just as weird.
3. 00:50:09 “Prologue” is 2nd best to “Cutting Moments” with a really depressing mood.
I like this one better than the movie titled “Cutting Moments.” It’s very dark. 4 and a half stars.
Like WT EFFIN FEK are you all saying here!!!, talkin load of shyt, admin great site but this was just about the absolute worst on ear, utter bowlox.
Stories on dysfunctional marriages / families with sexually dysfunctional husbands. As said in the EUM summary the direction shows the ’emptiness’ of life / lives. The minimalistic dialogue adds to the feeling of emptiness. Might not be everyone’s ‘cup of tea’ but I found it quite good. 3/5 power rangers
the soundtrack in the first one as she walked out of the bathroom is amazing.
The other parts are pretty bad, last one could have been better, pacing in the whole movie was horribly done. Penis
@Fuck Off: The problem with deleting a comment that has been replied to, is that it fucks up the flow and in some cases, even ends up deleting other users’ comments. That’s why we prefer to only remove the text in such cases rather than delete the whole comment.
How come it seems like meth usage is noticeable on americans but not europeans
It’s watchable but so damn slow. Like director, you know you can say cut. We don’t need a 9 hour long shot of the kid walking into the house right?
@admin. Is it possible to remove some of the older posts say 2020 and backwards. I get very confused when people reply to something long-dead. If it was relevant to the film it would be fine but mainly its just abuse.
the first cut is the deepest as sir rod said
There is another trilogy film which I have seen recently called ” Morris County ” by Matthew Garrett which is in a similar vein as this one and although not as gory, the final story is so sad and depressing that I just had to mention it. You dont always need gore to be affected by something and this really got to me. Not to take away anything from ” Cutting Moments ” which is in a class of its own, however the other two stories were pretty average. Happy viewing, all.
transgressive in theory…
I remember this effed up shit. This site is great
