Plot – Spoilers:
The sexual escapades of an almost-16-year-old, Italian teenager.

Melissa is distant from mother and close to her paternal grandmother. Father isn’t in the picture and seems to be always away on work.

While it does seem that Grandma gets Melissa better than Mother, it also feels like the old lady will do anything to isolate her daughter-in-law by forming a 2-1 team at home with Melissa. Melissa in a way has therefore grown up picking sides and being militantly loyal. This trait sticks out when she gets obsessed with some sort of chad at school, Daniele, for whom she always wears the same pristine, hopeful, virginal look, despite repeated humiliation. Daniele begins to enjoy the idea of playing god to a sexually-inexperienced girl, whose only rebuttal to being degraded is to try and prove she can be an even better lay, while also daring her sexual boundaries.

This is borderline teenybopper cinema, but one of two Maria Valverde films that probably should be on here.
