Plot – Spoilers:
One of the most controversial films ever, mostly because of the outrageous reaction by the German authorities to its release.
Schmadtke who committed harakiri in Nekromantik 1 returns, only to satisfy the cravings of a budding necrophiliac Monika. The term budding is used here because after Monika digs up Schmadtke, she attempts to fuck his corpse but ends up puking. Whether this suggests she is still a necro noob or that his lack of an erect cock spoilt the moment is a bit unclear. The latter doesn’t make sense because vomiting seems an extreme reaction.
Anyway, Monika heads for a movie and bumps into Mark who has been stood up by his perennially late friend. He offers Monika the friend’s ticket and the two watch the movie (a Jörg Buttgereit short) and decide to take their movie watching experience further. They do some boring stuff together for a while before getting down to sexual matters. Mark dubs porn flicks for a living and is a master at groans and moans and appears to enjoy the sex, while Monika is confused and feels something’s missing.
What is the fate of a relationship with a necrophiliac?
Even if this question can’t be definitively answered in the context of the general necro populace, Monika does arrive at the solution to her sexual emptiness by the end of the movie, in a stunning climax that’s well worth the wait.
