Wait 30secs. Movie still not playing? Click the "Can't Watch?" tab.
Click this first
A new tab will open and a basic security check like a captcha will be performed. After completing the check, close that page and return here.
Refresh this page. Wait 30 secs. The movie should load and you can just hit play.
If it still doesn't play, Click here to watch the movie
The movie should now start playing in a new tab of your browser or begin downloading to your device. This option has the minor disadvantage that English-language movies with optional subtitles in the movie player will not include these subs with this method.
The new system here has been designed keeping in mind even people with low internet speeds sub-8mbps. Even if you have a really bad connection, you should still be able to watch the movie without any issues if you:
Start the movie. Pause it. Wait for 30-45 seconds. Start playing again.
This 'Can't Watch' method really only works if it's your specific device/browser that's interfering with the player. There is no real advantage of speed here. Or if there is a temp network glitch or read lag from the server disk.
If you're still having problems, try using 'Incognito mode' in your browser. On iPhones, especially older ones, use Chrome instead of Safari. Might help.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the newly opened tab is not an ad popup asking you to download some software or whatever. Close any such popups and don't download any software - those are ads. Nothing is needed to be done by you other than to complete the security check which is often automated.

Plot – Spoilers:
Having stocked himself with money following his Rampage, Bill has been lying low, planning his next outing. This time, his target is a TV station and its popular anchor, to help get his message wider viewership.
There are several things unclear here. Such as – why does he need mainstream viewership when he evidently has a mass internet following. How long has be been in hiding – the number of years mentioned keeps getting muddled. The numerous contradictions in Bill’s worldview, which is fine if you accept him as a sociopath.
There are Rampage 1-type moments like when he sits his ass down in an alley and knocks off passerbys, one by one. But overall, Rampage 2 is a notch below the first one, with enough in it to be a decent successor.

first rampage was good, this was basically just a rainbow six siege hostage situation with soft communist undertones. Some of the references to the first film are comical but you still have abt 20ish minutes of flashbacks.
“Rampage 1” (2009), the first film in this series, will be on my “Old Mother Hubbard’s Top 100 Movies On EUM” list for sure. This one won’t be on it but it’s still a very good film. Brendan Fletcher as “Bill” is fantastic with his ability to memorize long, rambling dialog passages and deliver them with conviction. I like action films like this. 4 stars.
Loved it
Lovely amazing movie where I get to wish I had the balls and the luck to pull off what he can in these movies 10/10
UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson shot and killed in Manhattan. “Thompson’s murder seems to be a cultural moment in which popular fury over the power big business has over ordinary Americans’ lives exploded. Maureen Tkacik of The American Prospect noted, “Only about 50 million customers of America’s reigning medical monopoly might have a motive to exact revenge upon the UnitedHealthcare CEO.” The shooter, whose actual motive remains unknown, is fast becoming a folk hero.
Social media has exploded with users writing things like “[t]his claim for sympathy has been denied”; songs featuring the words “deny, “defend,” and “depose”; and recorded commentary condemning the healthcare insurance industry. UnitedHealth Group posted its sadness about Thompson’s death on Facebook yesterday about 1:00 p.m.; 36 hours later the post had 65,000 laughing emojis under it. They made Bills points too rational, I feel like this movie is going to inspire another shooter.
There is certainly a message in this film but the way of solving it is not by killing innocent people. There really is no solution, everyone is a slave to the system in the end. Controversial subject, some good acting and the tension was palpable. I liked this one more than the first film, it had a bit more thought put into it. A good series, looking forward to the next one. Cheers.
Slightly less cringy than the first one – at least here he says some true things about the US – and better pacing. Boll may never atone for his cinematic crimes, but at least he made somewhat decent background noise while I cleaned my apartment. Thanks EUM!
Great low-budget film with plenty of great points. “Two thumbs up”. Thanks EUM for uploading this. I also liked the first Rampage. Awesome website!
