Plot – Spoilers:
Middle-aged Hector and wife Clara have recently moved into their country home and are still setting things up. When Clara heads out to pick up groceries, Hector is relieved about the free time because something had caught his eye while gazing through his binoculars – a young woman stripping deep in the woods for no apparent reason.
With Clara away, Hector decides to investigate and plods his way to the woman whom he now finds unconscious and naked. Before he can really take in the view, he’s stabbed in the arm by a bandaged man armed with scissors.
Timecrimes is similar to Triangle in several ways and in our opinion the better-made one.
This story never ends. Hector 3 is actually the original Hector 1 but he murders the beautiful girl with the luscious tits to save his wife, which means that the 3rd time trip is flawed and they will need a Hector 4 to fix it or the scientist will get busted for using the time machine on a Saturday, which ended up being a Sunday at one point.
I’ve seen both “Timecrimes” and “Triangle” (2009) a few times each. They’re both really good but I still think I like “Triangle” a little better. I gave them both 4 stars.

OK, I’m a sucker for Sci-Fi and this (imo) is a fantastic Sci-Fi film about time travel. A gem of a film. I’m going to say nothing about the plot other than its brilliant. Though a mention has to go to the girl in the woods – hot as f*ck imo with a fantastic pair of puppies (indeed more hot than Melissa George in a similar Sci-Fi time travel film called Triangle that isn’t as good as this film imo). This film, a strong 4.5/5 pair of scissors.
Btw Admin, there are a number of great films I have found on your site that I would add to my DVD collection (e.g., Time Crimes, A Serbian Film, Singapore Sling, Hope etc) – can you recommend a good and reasonably priced site for obtaining uncut EU films such as these?
I guess its HE for the couple, BE for Stella. I guess the loop remains for the upcoming 1st, 2nd and 3rd Hectors till the last one moved out with his wife from that place.
Nice but still prefer Triangle.
This is a very well done film- well written, directed, and acted throughout. I had to watch it twice to really pick up the subtleties.
The title is the bad thing about it. Seriously, ‘Timecrimes’? It sounds like a JC VanDamme vehicle.
