Plot – Spoilers:
Part 2 of Wrong Turn kicks off with a spectacular chopped-in-half scene, but then flounders with an attempt at a plot. Contestants have gathered in the woods as part of a reality show – woods that are stalked by inbred mutant cannibals.
But once the reality show kicks off and the cannibals begin their hunt, Wrong Turn 2 has some good gore, even despite the obvious vfx. Henry Rollins is also there doing a comical John Rambo. And the mutants are more humanized – some would say, even attractive 🙂
Hillbilly cannibal goons pursue arrogant city slickers in the backwoods of West Virginia. This time rich white kids brought along a black guy, but just one because Hollywood knows that blacks are box office poison because every movie they are in the dreaded race card rears it’s ugly head. It’s a standard and predictable follow up to the 1st “Wrong Turn” film. This film however has one huge redeeming quality to it and that is Henry Rollins, therefore I’m giving this film 3 stars.
For those who don’t know, Henry Rollins was the lead singer for “Black Flag” and “Rollins Band.” There were 4 different line ups for “Rollins Band” but my favorite was the 3rd configuration with the musicians from a band called “Mother Superior.” If you want to see a really kick fucking ass set from the 3rd configuration of “The Rollins Band” look for their performance on “Sessions at West 54th Street” on You Tube.
when the army guy died I am glad he didn’t just leave he risked his life and the 2 people who live are some of my favorite characters hated the it was inappropriate hope the others aren’t too much inappropriate

As usual,really entertaining,i hated the female hillbillies and the skinny ones with a passion,i was glad when they got killed
A fun B rated cannibal slasher film. Shitty acting at times with some annoying characters. Otherwise definetly enjoyable to sit though. Great effects and makeup!
There were so many unlikeable characters in this movie I was actually rooting for the hillbillies when they killed them off. There was some good gore on display and the sfx and make up were quite good too. That being said, these types of films are so predictable therefore there are no real surprises. Still, its a good way to waste an hour and a half. I will watch the next just because I can and its on this site. Cheers EUM.
