A group of friends are off camping because one of them ostensibly needs the outdoors to get over a recent heartbreak. They bump into a medical student who’s been trying to get to an urgent interview. Together, the lot of them soon encounter a cannibalistic bunch who are inbred mutants of the nasty kind.
As is common with movies of this genre, the friends are annoying to varying degrees and you’re left trying to rate the order in which bad things happen to them.
YESSSS! Hope this means you’ll be adding the others, one of my favourite slasher franchises ever
Hollywood shite.teenybopper rubbish.i like your site though some interesting stuff.
Wrong turn is not even disturbing lmao
what a garbage franchise, love your site though.
So many cliches and a bit tame really but still a guilty pleasure watch.
Part two is the only entry in this franchise I genuinely enjoy. The first entry is just dull.
Thanks admins for all the new films!
I agree w Tom who commented above, this film is a guilty pleasure to watch. I don’t see films in theaters really anymore (will prbly make exception for whenever Spiral premiers), but when I did, and with concerts, whenever one was shitty enough that I didn’t care to be there anymore, I’d just light up a cigarette, let em kick me out status. When I saw this years ago in the theater I did just that, and I remember it was at the specific part where they’re in the trees and the guy is coming at her with the knife, making clicking noises n shit, so stupid, yet hilarious af. They didn’t end up catching me smoking bc I was done by the time an attendant came in looking, so begrudgingly I actually got to watch the rest of the film back then.
My point is, this ain’t high brow horror, hell, it ain’t even really good, but there r some unintentionally funny parts at least. I rewatched it now just for the hell of it. Memories, lol. A couple actually decent gore scenes, as far as cookie cutter horror movies like this go. Don’t expect much, and you’ll be somewhat entertained. A loose 5/10, call it overall meh:)
I can toil through it thanks to Eliza Dushku. Hubba hubba.
These sort of films are a dime a dozen, very similar to The Hills Have Eyes, Just Before Dawn etc etc. Its still a good way to while away an hour and a half. There has obviously been some interest in this franchise, I think they are up 8 of these so far. Interesting enough for me to watch number 2 and then decide about the rest. Cheers.
This movie is ok– it’s fair. You get just what you expect to get. Nobody watches this for interesting and surprising plot, superb acting, some exceptional gore, not to mention any artistic value or extra thinking material, right? Thank you.
Is this the zoldyck family
Yes this Movie is Great but i Will sleep with the light on????
Just watched the remake of this made in 2020. Gotta say its a big improvement on this version. There is certainly more gore and its more watchable.
When you can’t stand the left-wingers *or* right-wingers and are rooting for the psychopath, then you know you have nihilism in you.
