Drugstore Cowboy (1989)

Option 1Can't Watch?

Audio sounds demonic? Video not playing/delay while scrolling? Use the "Can't Watch?" tab.

If the movie didn't load, you're being blocked by a security service in use here. Can happen for a number of reasons. Or your specific device/browser might be throwing up weird errors.

Click this first

A new tab will open and a basic security check like a captcha will be performed. After completing the check, close that page and return here.

Refresh this page. Wait 30 secs. The movie should load and you can just hit play.

If it still doesn't play, Click here to watch the movie

The movie should now start playing in a new tab of your browser or begin downloading to your device. This option has the minor disadvantage that English-language movies with optional subtitles in the movie player will not include these subs with this method.

The new system here has been designed keeping in mind even people with low internet speeds sub-8mbps. Even if you have a really bad connection, you should still be able to watch the movie without any issues if you:
Start the movie. Pause it. Wait for 30-45 seconds. Start playing again.

This 'Can't Watch' method really only works if it's your specific device/browser that's interfering with the player. There is no real advantage of speed here. Or if there is a temp network glitch or read lag from the server disk.

On iPhones, especially older ones, use Chrome instead of Safari. Might help.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the newly opened tab is not an ad popup asking you to download some software or whatever. Close any such popups and don't download any software - those are ads. Nothing is needed to be done by you other than to complete the security check which is often automated.

I’ve seen this 3 or 4 times now. After my first operation, the doctors gave me a drip for pain which I could push every 10 or 15 minutes to ease my pain. I was in a lot of pain and I didn’t sleep at all. I pushed the button every 10 to 15 minutes all night long. It was dilaudid and it was good. The next morning I was obliterated. When I had my 2nd kidney stone I was in excruciating pain. The nurse came rushing in with a syringe and just shot me up. I found out later it was morphine which I didn’t like at all. It doesn’t really kill the pain, it distracts you from it.

Anywho, “Drugstore Cowboy” is a film that a lot of you have probably seen. If you haven’t, what are you waiting for? James Remar plays Gentry, the cop that is always fucking with Bob (Matt Dillon). Remar was “Ajax” in the film “The Warriors” (1979). Remar was also in the movie “Cruising” (1980) and he plays the part of “Gregory Millanaise” who is Ted Bailey’s boyfriend (do those names ring a bell?). “Cruising,” which was directed by none other than William Freidkin, who also directed “The Exorcist” (1973) can be found right here on EUM.

Double anywho, “Drugstore Cowboy” is a 5 star film.
