Plot – Spoilers:
A couple of girls are abducted while walking down a street and become the stars of a snuff movie commissioned by unknown people. Three cameramen record an Actor go to work on the women after injecting them with Vecuronium, a neuromuscular blocker. The girls are also forced to drop acid. The idea is to disable all muscular movements while allowing the girls to feel the pain (Not sure how medically accurate all this is, as they breathe unassisted).

The Director barks orders to the Actor as the people paying for the snuff movie have some specific requirements like working on the left side of a girl first. The rest of the movie is a gore fest with saws, razors and clippers used in myriad ways for about an hour. The film closes with a promise of deeper depravity as the crew set out on their next project.

Bouquet of Guts and Gore is an obvious homage to Guinea Pig 2: Flower of Flesh & Blood – the still women, the amputations and all, and has enough material in it to at least make you wince.
